My Personal Story

My journey of faith began as a young child while visiting my grandparents in Alabama. It was there that I accepted Jesus Christ — a simple, sincere moment that planted the seed of faith in my life.

During my adolescence and teen years, seed had been planted, yet I did not attend church regularly. But God was still shaping me, even in the quiet years. My true spiritual awakening began when I met my future wife, Helene. Her faith, her commitment to God, and the way she lived her life inspired me deeply. Through her example, I became more interested in learning about God and growing spiritually.

As my relationship with God grew, so did my involvement in ministry. I began serving as a youth leader, learning how to teach, encourage, and support young people. Over time, I became ordained as a deacon — a role that strengthened my understanding of service, leadership, and responsibility.

My calling to preach the gospel did not come through a single moment. It came gradually, quietly, from within. I served in various capacities, including volunteering at a local shelter, until it became clear that this was more than service — it was my calling.

This page preserves the beginning of my journey: the early faith, the quiet years, the influence of Helene, the growth into ministry, and the gradual awakening of the calling God placed in me.
