DESTINY DEVELOPMENT DESIGN

Destiny Development Design is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization I established in 2016 — a defining step in my ministry and leadership journey. It represents the season when God moved me from private development into public service, giving me a platform to teach, train, and empower others.

The inspiration for this ministry came directly from my John Maxwell leadership development certification. That training awakened something in me — a desire to help people grow, discover purpose, and develop the kind of leadership that honors God and strengthens communities. Maxwell’s principles didn’t just sharpen my skills; they gave me the confidence to step out and build something that could serve others.

Under Destiny Development Design, I taught various leadership development courses, personal growth classes, and evangelism workshops for churches, youth, and community groups. These teachings helped individuals understand identity, purpose, and calling, and they provided practical tools for living with clarity and spiritual intention.

Destiny Development Design was more than an organization — it was a movement of development. It gave me a place to:

  • teach leadership with biblical grounding

  • equip believers to grow spiritually

  • train churches in evangelism

  • support youth with enrichment courses

  • share principles that strengthen character and calling

The work done through Destiny Development Design became a bridge between my leadership training and the ministry expression that would later grow into Greater Works 2.0. Many of the themes, principles, and teaching patterns formed during this season continue to influence my ministry today.

Destiny Development Design remains an important part of my legacy — a season of stepping out, a season of building, and a season where God used leadership development to shape the voice and calling, I walk in now.
