Birthed from personal growth, I realized that I could help others grow as well. Right after completing my John Maxwell training, God awakened in me a desire to teach, coach, and develop people in their identity, purpose, and spiritual formation.  This was developmental season — a framework God formed in me long before Greater Works & the Year Movements — built on leadership principles, personal transformation, and the belief that growth should be shared.

Open Door Rescue Mission (23 Years)

My commitment to serving the needy moved me into a leadership position with the Open-Door Rescue Mission as Executive Director. For 23 years, I served men and women facing addiction, homelessness, and brokenness — walking with them through the hardest seasons of their lives. Those years shaped my compassion, my leadership, and my understanding of real‑world ministry. They became one of the most defining eras of my calling, forming the foundation for the work God would build in the years that followed.

Legacy Purpose Statement

A clear declaration of what this archive exists to preserve — and why these stories matter for future generations.
