PRESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS
The Preservation Instructions outline how the ministry archive is maintained, protected, and kept structurally accurate across eras, platforms, and teaching systems. This page ensures that every part of the archive remains aligned with the movements, categories, and historical timelines that define Greater Works.
These instructions safeguard the integrity of the ministry’s legacy and ensure that future updates remain consistent with the established structure.
Purpose of Preservation
Preservation exists to:
-
maintain historical accuracy
-
protect the integrity of early ministry content
-
ensure proper alignment with movements and eras
-
prevent structural drift across updates
-
keep the archive clean, organized, and easy to navigate
-
preserve the evolution of your teaching identity
This page defines the standards that guide all archive maintenance.
Core Preservation Principles
1. Era Integrity Must Be Preserved
Each era remains separate and unmixed:
-
Hidden Years (2012–2017)
-
Emergence (2018)
-
Castbox Era (2019–2021)
-
Transition Year (2022)
-
Spotify Era (2023)
-
Greater Works 2.0 (2024–Present)
Content must remain in its original era unless it is part of a verified restoration.
2. Category Systems Must Remain Distinct
The archive contains two category systems:
-
Legacy Categories (12) — early ministry
-
Master Categories (15) — Greater Works 2.0
These systems must never be merged or cross‑applied. Each system organizes content only from its era.
3. Movement Alignment Must Be Accurate
Every teaching, devotional, and audio message must remain aligned with the movement it originally belonged to. Movement alignment cannot be retroactively changed unless part of a documented restoration.
4. Platform History Must Be Preserved
The archive maintains the ministry’s platform journey:
-
Castbox
-
Spotify
-
YouTube
-
Website
-
Restored Episodes
Platform transitions are part of the historical record and must remain documented.
5. Year Pages Must Stay Chronologically Pure
Each Year Page contains only content from that year. No cross‑year mixing. No retroactive additions unless part of a verified restoration.
6. Restorations Must Be Documented
Any restored content must include:
-
original platform
-
original date
-
restoration date
-
restoration source
-
restoration notes (if needed)
This ensures transparency and historical accuracy.
Preservation Workflow
To maintain the archive:
-
Identify the era
-
Confirm the category system
-

-
Check platform origin
-
Place content in the correct Year Page
-

-

This workflow ensures consistency across all updates.
