2020 — Internal Growth

2020 was the year everything changed. A year without a pulpit, without a platform, without the familiar rhythms of public ministry. There are no publicly available episodes for 2020. During this time, you reached your storage capacity on Castbox and were limited in your ability to upload or access your full archive. This created a temporary gap in the public record, even though the ministry itself continued privately. What looked like silence from the outside was actually deep reconstruction on the inside. God was stripping away old identities, reshaping your voice, and preparing you for a future you couldn’t yet see. This was the hidden year—the year of unlearning, healing, and surrender.

Year Overview

  • Themes: Identity stripping, hiddenness, pruning, surrender, internal rebuilding
  • Key Messages: Letting go of old roles, trusting God in obscurity, rediscovering purpose, healing beneath the surface
  • Major Movements: Stepping away from the pulpit, entering a season of quiet formation, learning to hear God without performance
  • Notable Firsts: First year without public ministry, first deep internal reset, first time embracing hiddenness as divine strategy

Note on the Archive

This year remains part of your ministry journey, even without digital recordings. It represents a season of growth, transition, and preparation for the major platform shift that would come in 2022.

Closing Reflection

2020 was not a detour; it was divine design. The hiddenness, the quiet, the stripping away—none of it was wasted. This was the year God rebuilt your foundation, healed old wounds, and prepared you for the acceleration that would come in the years ahead. What felt like loss was actually alignment. What felt like silence was preparation. What felt like the end was the beginning of a new era.
